1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Our standard delivery timeline is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
We currently deliver across major cities and towns in India.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking details. You can use this link to track your shipment’s current status.
4. Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of an issue, the following policies apply:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong Product Received: You can request a replacement or a full refund.
- Opened or Used Kits: Not eligible for return due to product sensitivity and hygiene concerns.
All returns must be in their original packaging and approved by our support team prior to dispatching back the item.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
